A Group Therapy Practice in Los Angeles County

Our therapy practice offers in person services at our office in La Crescenta, CA and throughout the state of California. We provide therapy services to address issues around trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. We have mental health therapists who specialize in working with teens, young adults, adults, families, and couples. Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, CBT, EMDR, Gottman, and other somatic interventions.

Meet Our Team

Foothills Psychotherapy is a therapy practice owned by Lauren Worley, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy via telehealth in the state of California as well as in person in La Crescenta, CA and Los Angeles County. Our primary mission is to help clients feel seen, heard, and respected throughout their therapy journey.

Miriam Anthony, AMFT is a Brainspotting therapist and trained in the Gottman method. She specializes in working with people in the Maritime field

Michelle Camarillo, ACSW is trained in the Gottman method. She specializes in working with sports performance and atheletes

Regina Hernandez, AMFT is an EMDR and Brainspotting therapist. She is trained in the Gottman and Imago methods for couples. She specializes in working with young adults and new mothers
