As a Latinx single mother, embracing and embodying Hispanic culture is a core value of mine, both personally and professionally. Having raised my children without the presence of a second parent; I have lived experience juggling work and parenting, all while endeavoring to maintain my identity, sense of self, and overall well-being.

As I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Brainspotting for Coaching and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am particularly well-trained to support people whose previous life experiences are continuing to impact their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In addition, my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness allows me to effectively provide treatment to people living with anxiety and depression. When working with people facing relationship issues, I incorporate my training in the Gottman and Imago methods.
