I specialize in going beyond traditional talk therapy to help people move past childhood wounds and trauma and start to feel comfortable and confident in their life now. I have a passion for working with parents and families who are struggling with their child or loved one coming out as LGBTQ+. I understand that you might have big feelings about this new information, and it is okay to have those big feelings, but have those with me instead of your loved one.

I am a therapist who swears. I’m up front and real and not afraid to let you explore everything that is coming up in your life. Nothing you say will be too much for me, I want to be the container for your hard stuff so you don’t have to hold it by yourself any longer.

I am also a clinical supervisor providing supervision for Associate MFT and MSWs in the state of California. I am licensed by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences and up to date on all supervision requirements. I have 9 years of post licensure experience and have worked in community mental health as well as a private practice setting. If you need outside supervision I have experience with MediCal paperwork! Supervision must take place in person in my office in La Crescenta, CA due to BBS restrictions.
